Parsons Air Conditioning

I give Parson's air-conditioning a one for turning up for the initial quote. That is it. After this we did not receive a single phone call or email from them . We rang them every day for nearly 2 weeks only to be told they could not locate the quote because the technician who attended the job was out of the office on jobs. We were assured someone would rectify the situation every time we called. Like I said,no-one ever contacted us. We ended up having to elsewhere. We cannot believe that there are companies in this day and age running a business like this. Disgraceful!
