Centrally located in Nedlands, Partridges has been supplying high quality seafood and other speciality food items to many of the finest restaurants and the general public in the Western Australian, since 1989.
Their fish is only from Australian waters, wild fish are line caught, (no trawlers here) and is never, never frozen. Much of the wild caught fish is hand selected daily by Matt, the Head-Fishmonger and is filleted on site daily.
Their salmon is premium sashimi quality and is sourced exclusively from Huon in Tasmania; Their caviar is naturally farmed and milked by hand in Yarra Valley.
