Party Land Australia P/L

So I got in contact with partyland a few months back so they can do a balloon centrepiece for my daughters 4th Birthday Party lunch and I was told to contact closer to the date, in which I did. But there customer service was horrible. I had to resend and resend emails, text messages and repeat my order, and over again. I got excuses after excuses from the staff and maybe the owner. My centrepiece was meant to be 1metre tall but they did it around 2 metres instead.
And it made it difficult to put into our SUV. It also blocked our view from the table to other family members. Look I can go on and on but truthfully I will never use them again. I was so concerned they would deliver on that day.
