Terrible. Was promised the best view of two lots of fireworks - completely missed the first set and then didn't go anywhere near Southbank. Watched the second set of fireworks from the dock in Docklands, I could have had the same view if I'd just stayed on the dock and wouldn't have wasted my money!
Food was minimal and poor quality (black 'meatballs', cold samosas etc).
A very sub-standard sevice with a high price tag

New Years Eve Cruise : Returned to dock after a ferry around Docklands harbour. No security allowed strangers to board. Cheap frozen fried food, music too loud. An absolute disgrace, especially considering the price.
