I haven't been here in quite some time so when a friend visiting from interstate said she wanted to try it - the dinner reservation was made straight away! The service is always so efficient and friendly and the food is always delicious! Cannot go wrong with this place! The food is great and so filling, very well-worth it!
Afghan food and service like no other... So homely with the family staff and even the crockery... It really feels like you're dining in their home. Choose anything on the menu it's all delicious. Food comes out quick. Everything's reasonably priced, it's always a good night at parwana. Only downfall is the acoustics in the room, it gets a bit loud in there because it's always so packed, but we're always too busy eating anyway
So I'm not really one for trying new and different cuisine but my friend wanted to take me out for dinner as my birthday gift and I said "why not?! I love to eat" and she replied.."on one condition- my pick of place" and Parwana it was! She had been here a couple times before and has raved on about it, so I was curious to try. Glad we did go, it was pretty good and satisfying. We ordered a couple of dishes between us and there was so much left over. It was really busy that night we went and very loud. Especially the big party table next to us- super load, my friend and I were yelling over the top of each other to talk. Other than that I would come back and recommend this place.
What a delicious dinner! I came here on Father's day with a non-foodie husband and my Dad, everything was tasty. Eggplant was a little bit oily, but was still good. The sherbat drink was bright pink, and very tasty but wouldn't want more than one or you'll be ona sugar high. I'll definitely come back.
