Great company, will definitely use them again. I was hesitant to book after a friend recommended them to me based on the below reviews, but they were 6 years ago so I went ahead and was very happy. They did an end of lease clean for me, the real estate even asked who cleaned the apartment as she wanted their details. Will defo be recommending and using again.
The problem with this company is not the cleaners - they are actually fine. The problem is with the administration. You will never be able to reach them on the landline. The phones will ring out. You will only reach a staff. Will tell you things are booked and confirmed, then no one will turn up. They forgot to put things onto the job sheets for the cleaners. They never know whether you have had an invoice or not, or whether it's been paid or not. We used this service for a reasonable length of time, and there were problems of this nature every single time. This is a deeply unprofessional organization.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF DID NOT TURN UP: at the time of booking I was informed if their staff were running late I would be called and informed. Which at the time I thought was appropriate, however 1hr and 30min after I had heard nothing called their emergency line (little did I know emergency meant when we just dont turn up and we cant be bothered with the courtesy of letting you know). When I got through to the apathetic staff I was then told they would not be able to make it for another 2hr or 3hrs.
