Relationship and Intimacy Coaching for Women and Couples.

I support people who may be experiencing painful sex, inability to orgasm, lack of interest in sex and other sex or relationship challenges.

As a somatic, sex educator and therapist, I offer experiential learning opportunities to help people better understand their bodies, sex and relationships. I offer a space for people to feel safe discussing their sexuality and open new possibilities for relationship, intimacy and sexual enjoyment.

I do this by helping people feel more ?connected? to their body, more aware of their emotions and offer new skills for communication and relating. My teaching involves a variety of instructive modalities including touch, massage, scar tissue remediation, mindfulness techniques, communication practice and sharing examples from books and diagrams.


After working with me, people feel happier, have more energy and stronger relationships.
