Passionflower

Always a great place to pop in after dinner. This time i only grabbed a drink because it was too cold of a night for ice cream. Although i had the waffles last time and was tempted to eat it again but i was fairly full from dinner. My friend however ordered the waffles for himself and ate it pleasantly. He said it was just the right type of dessert after a Japanese dinner. Something sweet to the tooth to even out everything. Passion Flower seems to be a busy place after 8pm. Seems to be the place where people just hang out and have long catch up sessions because we were in there for 2 hours only with an order of a drink and 1 serving of waffles which didn't take my friend long to gobble down, with people waiting to be seated i am surprised the staff don't create a session time to allow the quick turn over for other customers to dine. But overall again, pleasant experience, great menu and quick service.

After a dinner with friends on a beautiful warm friday night after work, we wanted to continue our catchup and all felt like ice cream. Passionflower not only has ice cream but has crepes, waffles, pancakes, shakes, the lot to definitely satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth. After staring at the menu over and over again, i finally ordered a berries waffle that comes with ice cream and chocolate dipping sauce. What makes it so hard to decide is because there is just so much on the menu. So many different flavours and so many different variety so i know i will definitely be back to try more. Passionflower seems to be open late on a friday. We were there for about 2 hours and by 9pm people were still entering. Some people had to wait for tables as it was pretty busy. Service is quick though and staff are efficient.
