Pasta Al Dente

What they generally make and sell here is rather tasty and not badly priced. eg 5 frozen wood fired pizza for $20. They have a great range of pasta products, enough for any family or a private function. But I was unimpressed when I went in and was told that they were out of cooked wood fired pizza when there were a few on the other side of the room. Then I was further unimpressed when I wanted one pizza but half its crust was burned, and there was no discount

Great pasta and ciabatta rolls at Pasta Al Dente. Close to my husbands work. Went in to grab a ciabatta roll to have lunch with my husband, freshly made and toasted so was really delicious. Also grabbed a small spaghetti bolognese which was perfect size. Full of flavour and tasty tomato sauce. Pasta Al Dente also sells as wholesale and to the public so thats a good thing we don't need to go to a supplier to get good pasta we can directly get it straight from here. Would be good to purchase if hosting an event and too lazy to cook, can bulk buy and freeze. Busy but quick service. A lot of great variety selection of pasta so i am looking forward to coming back to try something else. With Christmas just around the corner i think it would be great to stock up for the festive season.

As the name suggests they have fresh pasta in a wide selection of varieties (including gluten free), with sauces to match. Pre-prepared meals (which I wouldn't recomment), pizza slabs (quite good) and an assortment of frozen foods (again more pasta, but also such things as ready to cook croissants and danishes, chicken and vegetables). Also a deli section and normal assortment of Italian type items.



My favourite thing about this place however is the bakery section. They have a wide variety of freshly baked (on premises) bread at very good prices, e.g. 10 turkish rolls for $4-5 etc.

They have just updated their store and sell more than pasta. They have a deli and bake bread. You can buy pasta in bulk and $4-5 for a ready to heat pasta meal make great lunches to pull out of the freezer.
