After noticing on their website that they close at 8 PM, and after struggling to find a parking spot on Queen Street, I I found their door locked at 7 PM and the girl explained to me that they were closing early because it wasn't very busy. For Woollahra and close at dinner time is very poor.

I have recently moved jobs in the city from near Wynyard to Oxford street, and was pleased to see there was a nice Pasta and salad bar close by. Usually I have has the small size and this is enough for pasta alone, but on deciding to go half and half with the medium size, the price went up from $6.50 to $9.50!!! Wow, I had to check with the staff serving me, as usually a medium is $7-$7.50 or maybe even $8 but never $9.50- a total rip off!! The pasta was only average and the beetroot, feta and pumpkin salad had no trace of feta?! They need to lower their prices, I couldn't even afford a drink after that, very disappointed, I won't be back!!!

I love their coffee... just the best. For a quick and healthy lunch I sometimes have a Peri peri chicken breast with their Morocan cous cous. It is so tasty and hits the spot. nothing beats their mousse for a treat though....

they have some killer new recipes and specials going on here. I ask the staff whats new, and normally go with it. So far I have discovered awesome antipastos, brilliant desserts, soups and their new meat dishes. Highly recommend the place...

I am surprised that it is so hard to find a good takeaway Past place in Sydney. Pasta Pantry is not quite as good as what you might eat at a restaurant, but it is certainly the best takeaway pasta I can find. With that said, it is a very cheap option for dinner and I actually get my morning coffee from the Queen Street shop and it is extremely good coffee. A 10 metre glass cabinet lines the length of the shop and showcases all that is on offer. I usually set on a mix between the chicken risotto and the chicken tortellini and find that the flavours complement each other well. Other great choices are the lasagne, which can be bought as a larger size if you are cooking for a group and I also find the sun dried tomato ravioli to be very tasty. The shop is open all day and does some sandwiches as well if you arent in the mood for Pasta. A medium pasta which is more than enough for a meal id $9.90.
