A taste of Europe right here in Australia! The delicate flavours of the custard filled profitteroles and the heavanly delights of their sponge cake and ricotta canolli's has me hooked! All the subtleties and tastes of these Italian cakes and pastries remind me of the days mum would bring cakes home for us to indulge in. This cultured patisserie is a must visit. Buon appetito!
