Pasticceria Papa

Bought a mousse cake on Thursday morning "fresh" for a birthday that night. Only to reveal MOULD everywhere on the cake that same day! Had to then drive another hour that night to go to Papa's at Haberfield to get a replacement cake. I have reported this store at five dock to the NSW government food safety regulation and council as this is a very dangerous violation of food health and safety and my concern is that if one cake in their factory is this mouldy, then other cakes/ingredients/equipment might also be affected. I have communicated my concerns clearly with both fivedock and haberfield store managers and they said they will investigate it. .. but I'd be weary buying products from this branch.

I love that i live so close to this! It is so lovely to come here for a nice coffee and paticery, accompanied with even lunch sometimes! The upstairs area is so nice and relaxing, and usually very quiet.
