Cake shop and coffee shop. The cake selection is always good, my personal favourite is the lemon meringue which is different from the usual one most people are use to- definitely a must try!
Staff could be a little more attentive but are polite, most speak Italian also.

My favourite place to have cannolis as well as other fantastic desserts. As well as these they offer a tasty and wonderful looking selection of pastries, cakes, and biscuits as well as some savoury items. I have been a regular here for a long time and haven't visited for a while and decided my fill of their cakes. Decided to eat in as well as get some to take away too as you can never have enough of their delicious goodies.

Pay and order at the counter and they will serve you your cakes on plates and bring out any hot beverages you have ordered after giving you a number. Bad experience - I made a special trip to purchase a cake for my son's b'day. The fridge says do not open but it was crazy with customers and I wanted to lift a ticket that had fallen over in the fridge so I could read what kind of cake it was so I opened the fridge for a second. A customer then taps me on the shoulder because one of the staff wanted to get my attention from behind the counter. She orders me not to open the fridge, when I explained why she just repeated the same thing "don't open the fridge ". I think it then dawned on her that perhaps she should ask me if I need assistance. I was so offended that I declined and took my business elsewhere. I am appalled at the customer service and felt like a criminal for fixing a ticket so I could read what cake it was and that she couldn't even come out from around the counter to talk to me instead she made a point to embarrass me by asking other customers to get my attention. Great little cafe, we always get our cakes from here for work when it is a colleagues birthday. All handmade at the back and they are delicious and interesting flavours. Will need to come back for their biscuits and other small treats.
