The most disorganised group of unprofessionals I've ever had to deal with. After six months we still await issues with our structure to be rectified. Ann (owner) and Adam continuously chasing final payment for a job that remains unfinished. I went to fair trading, they were of no help.
Our garden left in a complete mess. Our lawns now all dead, tens of sharp rivet off cuts all through the lawn. Dents in panels, guttering not matching up. Misaligned doors. Smashed and broken tiles.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We have had so many issues with this company from damaged sunroom panels to off cuts used on our sunroom. They had to come back a few times to fix issues. We are now going to be taking it up in court. Adam is disgusting the way he treats customers.

You get what you paid for. Unfortunately after the alfresco roof is up, they left the backyard with a mess & not only that, there are a few of these sharp metal sheets in the garden which I didnt' realise until my son has a cut on his foot. There is no concern of safety nor cleaning procedures after the job is done & money collected.
Disgusted with service and professionalism. An area manager came to see us over extensive work required but showed no interest and said he would get back to us with a quote by the end of that week and it has been one month! Shocking

We highly recommend Patioland. Their price was competitive and the range of products they offer is extensive but it's their service that set them apart.
Scott, the contractor who built our deck, runs a very reliable business. He and his staff worked tirelessly to ensure they produced a quality product that we were happy with. Our deck was completed to a high standard and within a reasonable timeframe. Scott goes above and beyond and works seamlessly with Patioland to ensure happy customers.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
