I have been meaning to give this place a go for a little while now and I was not disappointed.
They do simple orders, no crazy pumpkin spice vanilla latte here and not too pretentious. I ordered a soy late and it was really good! This place is frequented by your working crowd and also you coffee lovers.
There are about 6 barista! No place to sit, you get your coffee and you are out!
While I was waiting for mine, I could hear the barista talking to the other customers while taking their orders. They know their name and the way they like their coffee, impressive given there are hundreds of customers! Overall, great little find and such personalised experience.
This is an Italian-style espresso bar where you enjoy your coffee standing up at the bar (the variation in Italy is that you can stand or pay more to sit down!) The coffee is great and it's a wonderful spot for a quick coffee or snack. Easy to miss as it's in a laneway.
First visit of the day for our foodie weekend. Place was packed around 11.30am. We ordered coffee and stood inside. They have a few crates out the back to sit on but we wanted to be inside to experience the great coffee vibe. This place comes across as hipster but staff were pleasant. You get some nice sparkling water once you have ordered your coffee. They also have some sweets on offer if you were feeling a bit peckish. Great decor and love the neon sign on the ceiling.
