Patton's at Molendinar, in my opinion is the BEST butchers i've ever been to around the gold coast and yes i've been to almost all of them !! I can do almost all of my shopping at Patton's alone. They have a great selection of meat, seafood & vegies. You can buy whole cuts of meat (both budget & premium) and have it cut to your specs. They have a full range of fresh vegies & fruit, plus bread, milk, herbs, marinades and lots more. I used to live around the corner from the store, now i live 25 mins away. I've been to my new local butchers a few times but they still can't beat Patton's in price or selection.
