and really took the time in finding the right shoes for my difficult feet.
just when I had given up all hope of being able to wear any kind of shoe.
Iris fitted my foot and had some really great suggestions.
I even found 3 pairs of shoes that fit me.
Iris really deserves a pay rise and even I would say needs a promotion to Store manager.
Many people scoff at the idea of buying shoes online, but for me, there's not a lot of choice when in go to a shoe shop in person, to say that I have a hard-to-fit-foot is an understatement!
Note, I've never been to this store in person, but have three times purchased online from this shop! The customer service is always great ( I've had to phone to check that the European sizes were translated into the correct US sizing system, which is what we use here in Oz, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable). The shoes arrive in a timely manner and if they don't fit you or you don't like them you can return them with no questions asked, full refund given. Also the sales are legendary, and they also have their own in house line of shoes. Thanks again team!
