Unfortunately, True Local isn't recognising the email address that I signed up with and is therefore preventing me from accessing my 'MFGT' account. That said, I have already advised Paul that, had I been aware of his personal situation, I would not have left such an adverse comment. I have also advised him that, given his explanation, I am therefore happy to withdraw the comments that I made on both True Local and Google Reviews.

On 24 May 19, Paul was unable to assess my poor TV reception because of the slippery tiles on a 2nd floor roof. As he did not have his work diary with him at the time, Paul undertook to call me back later that afternoon to organise another appointment.

On 24 Jun 19, I left a message on his mobile reminding him of that undertaking and asking that he contact me asap to arrange another appointment. I also told him that ‘I don’t have a problem if you are not interested in doing the job, but at least give me the courtesy of a call to tell me so that I can organise someone else to do the job instead’.

On 26 Jun 19, and in the absence of any response to my message, I organised another local company to do the work.

I called Paul regarding having no TV reception, he was able to come around at short notice and fixed problem in timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Plus friendly service and he explained what the problem was, would recommend. Mike,Malua Bay
