Paul Fallon Plumbing

Mid October we had Paul Fallon Plumbing come out to complete a job, we were required to use their services due to their arrangement with our strata property manager.

They verbally quoted us a similar price to another plumber who was helping with our kitchen renovation, unfortunately the bill came in three times higher than the initial quote, without explanation or an itemised list of cost incurred.

I believe this company undertakes predatory pricing practices and takes advantage of people who are simply asking for honest work and transparency, then they apply pressure tactics when you question them.

I would not recommend this company given the choice and would advise anyone thinking of obtaining their services to get written quotes and inclusions before engaging.

Fallon Plumbing were recommended to us by the appointed Strata Property Manager, we trusted that this was a reputable referral.

When we engaged Fallon Plumbing they were helpful and quick to react and confirm services, during execution there were red flags including inexperienced team members, one being called offsite within an hour of arrival, the other calling for guidance on multiple occasions. Our strata manager requested they provide a quote for a down pipe replacement. They dragged it on for 1 month, asked me to send photo's, ignored my calls, sms's and then decided they would decline the job. Don't waste your time with these guys!!!

Came to dig up my front path and part of my garden for a strata job to unblock my neighbours sewer pipe. Did not re-lay the path correctly or clean up properly. Were requested to clean up, did not attend. Recent heavy rain 2+ weeks ago cause the path to collapse 30cm below level and become uneven and unsafe. Were requested to repair 3 times, have not yet attended after more than 14 days. Slack service.
