The customer service here is exceptional.
Hannah knows her stuff and her advice and customer service is exceptional whether you are a novice or pro.
I will definately get all my future snowboarding and skiing from here based on her customer service alone.

These guys charge you $50 to try on/fit boots. They will credit you back the $50 when you purchase though (pressure to buy!).
I found this incredibly that they charge a "customer service fee"... especially when their range of snowboard boots are quite limited.
I simply wanted to try on some boots off the rack and get an idea of what was a comfortable boot and then purchase AND if they do their job and offer great customer service, I would not have hesitated in spending in excess of $500 with them, instead I left the store. Their loss.
To put this in perspective some other customer service experiences I have recently experienced that are time consuming where I did not get charged:
- Test driving cars does not incur a cost.
- You can go see an apple genius at the apple store.... for free.
