Found Pauls panel shop by accident while I was looking for a guy I used a number of years ago who is no longer in business. I asked him for a quote anyways and straight off the bat he was genuine, honest and quoted a fair and reasonable price and explained how he was going to go about the repair. Totally opposite of how the insurance company approoved repairer went about it needless to say not exactly the friendliest customer service. So the choice was obvious especially after Pauls quote was half my excess cost. He also went above and beyond so I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. Fantastic customer service!!!
Apart from being a real nice guy, Paul is efficient and resonable with his rates.
He even helped me out with a small discoloured patch on my front fender, by buffing it out at no charge, rare service these days.
He does not make a big issue of the job in hand, and gives a fair estimation of the costs, so you know where you are.
He did a small respray for me, the cost of which was half that of another quote nearby.

Paul assisted me in getting a better deal on my trade in by removing scratch marks on
my car. I just pulled into his yard to get a price to fix the problem and he fixed it there and then. He then refused payment and as aged pensioner it was appreciated more than he knows. But he let me buy his lunch. What a gentleman.

If you are needing to repair damaged that is not covered by insurance, he will do it in a cost effective manner. He will only do what is necessary to keep the repair costs affordable whilst doing a first rate job.
