Nutrition is one of the pillars of childhood wellness but it is often forgotten in the treatment and management of children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

I am a Canberra/Queanbeyan based dietitian who has supported families managing ASD/ADHD for over 19years. A dietitian that understands the complexities of ASD/ADHD can be instrumental in supporting children to make positive gains in their development, learning and behaviour.
Correcting nutritional deficiencies, gaining digestive health, aiding concentration & behaviour, reducing anxiety, supporting quality sleep & strengthening the immune system are just some of the areas I can assist you with.
I am an active public speaker and run workshops for parents, educators and health care professionals. I am passionate about raising awareness regarding the vital role nutrition plays in supporting ASD/ADHD symptoms and behaviours.
Consultations can be face to face, via Online skype or telephone. Home visits are available as are after hours appointments .

I am a member of the Dietetics Association of Australia, as such consultations are claimable through Medicare under the Enhanced Primary Care program and all health funds.
