Yesterday my wife and I hired Pauls cleaning service for our studio apartment in Surry hills for our end of lease clean.
The booking process was simple and we were quoted $365($265+100 to sugar soap the walls).
However, on the today of the 'clean' an unexpected increase of $200 occurred, they then said they would not offer their 'bond back' guarantee and threatened to cancel on the job which would leave us without the apartment professionally cleaned before we hand back the keys(due to the poor service we did to pay a week ...read more
Update: It's been more than a week since the incident(the clean), they've called me up twice now to say they will not be doing anything for me... I don't see why they needed to call me twice.
Asher and Aiden have once again been unable even promise me a callback from anyone in management. And finally, I am yet to get a receipt despite it being more than a week since the clean.

Completely unreliable.
We had an end of lease clean booked for today at 2pm. The cleaners called to say they were running early and needed to start at midday. I explained that because I was at work, I couldn't get there before 2pm. I said I was happy for them to start later if they needed to.
The Paul's Cleaning office then rang me to say that they were cancelling my booking and the only option was to book in for Wednesday next week. I told them they were welcome to come tomorrow if need be but again, the office refused and said they could only offer wednesday next ...read more

There aren't many companies that will go to this length to restore their reputation and I was impressed by their initiative.
I accepted their offer of compensation and would definitely approach them again in future. They are a professional company who made a mistake and then took steps to rectify which I think is perfectly acceptable.

I had my carpets cleaned on Saturday. The father and son team arrived right on time, were very polite, friendly and efficient. They did 2 bedrooms and 1 living area for $115 and did not even complain about lugging their heavy machine up 3 flights of stairs! I was very happy with their service, would use this company again and would recommend then.
After a bad exsperience i had getting my carpet cleaned i made a complaint to the office and wrote a review on here.
This company really cares about their customers as they were shocked and saddend that i had a bad exspirence and offered me a free service (i chose over cleaning)
The men who called round were very nice and apologetic about that had happened and said they were gla dof the complaint because they do not want bad workers.
The oven was amazing after and you can tell this company values its customers.
I have a previous review that i cannot remove but i would just like to state they made wrong right and i will use this service again.

The Carpet in my flat is very old and has a lot of heavy stains (we have lived here for 4years and it's a super light colour) so every time I get it cleaned it's just for a fresh smell and brighten it up a bit.
In the past I have got the carpet dry cleaned from other company's.

So after calling the office for a chat they were very apologetic about what had happened. They insisted i have a free service of what ever i liked, so i choose oven cleaning. This morning two men called round and talk to me for a few minutes about my experience and were said they were glad i made a complaint and they do not condone the actions of the other college and that was going to be dealt with internally. Really nice guys. My oven is OLD and i don't even know if it was cleaned before i moved in but they did an amazing job. Very hard workers. I really appreciate them taking my complaint seriously and honestly you can tell that they really want everyone working for them to be honest,relabel and hard working. I will use this service again as i know how much they will do for their customers.
