What a rubbish, awful company! Awful service, total incompetence, poor cleaning quality, and a shocking disregard for customers.
I booked a clean, they did a half-job, and when I complain they rebook for Friday morning. I think 'great!' - nope. They never showed up. I called over 7 times in one day because I never got a call back! I wasted a whole day of leave waiting for these fools to actually show up.
I have never experience such a shockingly poor service. I paid $740 for their end of lease clean, I want my money back.
I am so angry. Never. EVER. Order their services

CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Late arrivals, rearrangement of cleaning times to different days and turning up with under trained staff without the required equipment...totally unprofessional....

Feel very ripped off by the service given as they refused to comeback after calling them the same day as I wasn’t happy with the service provided. I have now been told its passed the 3-day guarantee and the cleaners refuse to come out to clean the apartment properly and unwilling to cooperate. Will now have to get another cleaning company in to get my bond back as the apartment has failed the end of lease inspection . Waste of money and waste of time.

I was extremely disappointed with Paul's Cleaning. Shortly after the cleaners arrived they added on costs for having four windows cleaned inside and out instead of two. There was nowhere in the terms and conditions that said only two windows were included in the price. I called customer service who confirmed that I was correct and shouldn't be charged extra. The cleaning in general was very poor. Streaks on the mirrors and stainless steel, as well as an unmopped laundry floor. The one star if for their fantastic customer service team who are easy to reach and very helpful.
