Paul's Plumbing & Gasfitting

I contacted Paul's Plumbing on a Tuesday, requesting assistance with the installation of a washing machine. Paul said he was a bit busy that week but would be available the following week and agreed to come round first thing Monday morning. Early Monday morning came .... but Paul did not. I rang his mobile number at 9.30 am to check he was still coming, left my contact details again, repeated the address .... but to no avail. Paul didn't turn up, neither did he return my call. So much for the "professional, courteous trades person" in the previous review.

Could not ask for a more professional, courteous trades person.
Paul is extremely helpful, thorough and tidy with his work.
Excellent service and price. I would not look anywhere else for a
plumber now.
