we did not get any assistance whist looking at a range of shoes against the wall even though a member of staff was nearby. when my wife went to the reception desk down stairs to ask for help the staff was speaking on the phone in her language and did not acknowledge the presence of a customer my wife waited after approximatley five minutes she requested assistance and asked for the management.then management walked in and seemed surprised at my wifes enquiry.they missed out on a few hundred dollars and we will never go back
As much as I hate those retail ads that constantly scream at you from the TV, Paul's warehouse really do have great deals and cheap prices on sporting goods - this store in particular is great with shoes, and always have some kind of a sporting shoe sale going on. Check it out for the cheap prices if nothing else, but don't be disillusioned by the misleading 'store is closing down' antics. They've been saying that since I first came past this store 12 months ago!
