We just had our kitchen mixer tap replaced which had rusted through and was leaking badly. The person I dealt with in the phone was professional and organised, and the plumber got here on time and equally professional and courteous, and finished the job within the time he said it would be and the quote he gave before starting, which was also reasonable. He cleaned up after himself, and I'm very happy with the service. Recommended.
Completely rude and disrespectful when asked to come look at a problem. When politely asked to take off his shoes, point blank refused and walked into the house and upstairs across so much carpet. In THESE pandemic times? This was after being an hour and a half late with no phone call. Clearly did not take our plumbing concerns seriously, and left after 3 minutes. I had to work out the issue with the plumbing myself through my own research. They've never heard of customer service. Just don't use them.
PAV Plumbing came to clear a drain, but failed to actually clear the drain. They said told me that they did not know what was causing the blockage, charged me $500 and said extra work costing thousands was required to investigate. It all sounded very suspect, so I engaged another plumber for a second opinion who fixed my problem in under 1 hours for $400.
Don’t trust These plumbers! Either they don’t know hat they are doing or are deliberately telling lies to make you pay for unnecessary work. I am contemplating reporting them to Consumer Affairs.
Used them to install my dishwasher. I asked for a quote, and was as advised roughly $400 on the phone ended up paying $750.00, which more than the cost of the dishwasher. They had 2 people working on the job which I wasnt aware of until they arrived, was only a 1 man job. The apprentice basically did nothing, The hose they used was way too long, had to wrap around 3 times so it would fit under the sink.
