Nice stuff, but the customer service is absolutely terrible.
I was interested in a necklace for my sister's birthday and took a pic in the window. A staff then came up to me aggressively and told me off!
They seemed to just presume I was a bum off the street. I really have no time for prejudicial behaviour
They really could have approached it differently and got a sale.
But in this case, considering the amount of money I will spend, the customer experience matters. And I don't like being treated (almost like) a criminal. I will spend my money elsewhere.
