This place is just wrong on all fronts.. the door staff, the bar staff and my god the music... the music that died a death ten yeas ago in America.. with some pumped up staff playing cheeseball ... why why why... the management of this hotel obviously have absolutely no idea... this place is cheap nasty and run down with some of the nasty people in town ..
$3.50 spirits and $5 cocktails on a Saturday night? The Pavilion is a popular spot for those freshly 18. The DJs are good and are willing to take requests, however the dancefloor is on the small side and the top floor can get crowded extremely quickly. Girls, beware the 50+ year old men on the dancefloor!
Good spot for pre-drinks before heading off to somewhere else in the city. Or if you just missed the bus home, come up for a quick boogie - you'll have your own private bar.
This place is known for its cheap drinks and quite a lot of people hit the Pavilion to start a big night on the town. It is also conveniently located at one end of Town Hall Station, so its easy to get to or stumble home from!
There's a great dance floor and the DJs are pretty good. However, there are some stairs to climb so it's probably best not to bring the stilletos!
