I bought a camera with Paxtons Online-Shop a week ago and didn’t receive the product yet. After 3 days I started chasing the company as I didn’t receive any update on my order.
They informed me (only after I chased) that something was wrong with there website and the advertised product & price. They are refusing to sell me the camera for the advertised price, but didn’t hesitate to take the money of my credit card!
Now, one-week after my purchase they still have my money, wont give me the product I ordered. Instead they made me the offer to purchase the product for 200$ above the price they advertised and even more expensive then they are advertising it (correctly) at the ...read more
Having to print my art major the weekend before it was due was extremely stressful, especially after taking it to three different stores and having to get it refunded THREE times by each one. The worker who helped me at Paxtons was extremely helpful, he listened to what I wanted the prints to look like, and the end product could not have been better, they finally got it right! Not only was their service better, but they also had a wider variety of sizes and prints to choose from, and delivered it much faster.

Went in the other weekend as I am looking to spend quite a bit of money on a digital SLR. Whilst I was served within a reasonable time-frame, the service was not good. The main reason for me trying this store rather than the larger chains was to get a personal service by a specialist company. What I got instead was condescension, & superiority. When I asked to hold a camera (you need to be able to feel it in your hand). the first thing I was told, not asked, was "don't break it". Really??? I walked out and went to another store ( a large chain I was avoiding) and got terrific service but that is for another review
