What a brilliant service! Life is exponentially better with Payless Drycleaning! I have referred this awesome crew on to so many friends and clients! Their amazing service of a weekly pick up and drop off of laundry and dry cleaning means i can spend my time focused on other important things! I love knowing that no matter how bad the weather is, my linens and laundry will always be sparkling clean and fresh and on my doorstep when i need them!
I would never give my business to a person who is outright rude and doesn't even care or know how to talk to the first time customers. I called this them to enquire about their pricing information. Asked them if they are available to come and collect the clothes as I did not wish to carry 20 odd business shirts and 4 pairs of business jackets and trousers myself. They outrightly declined saying it is only for their regular customers which is understantable. I referred them about their buinsess advertisement saying it does not mention that. They had a cheek to say that they're not a solicitor and if I wanted to get the dry cleaning done I have to come to their place. They do not know how to deal with customers and I think the reason they're still in business is due to their competitive rates. I just decided to not to get the clothes dry cleaned.
