Just a short walk from Spend-less shoes on the lower level of the Westfield shopping complex Payless Shoes stocks an extensive variety of very cheap shoes. Shoe trying is self service, sizes are available on the towering shelves which are conveniently divided into sizes. Very plasticky and not very good quality. Did I mention cheap!?
