I love this place! Unfortunately I'm here far too often, with teen daughters who think it's fun to mount curbs and tear the tyres . The delightful workers fit you in, and explain that, no, your daughter did not run over a nail, she's not telling the truth, she's scraped a curb again. The prices are so reasonable, wheel alignments too. They say they also do regular car maintenance, I haven't done that yet, but in sure it's good. When they work on your car, you sit on a lounge, drink coffee and read the latest magazines . What's not to love?
Being a woman I find it very difficult to find a good mechanic, one that wouldn't rip you off, treat you like your an imbosile. I was sooooo impressed with the service, their work and especially there honesty. There was no trying to upsell me to a large fries. Having been to many mechanics I can say with 100% certainty that they are the best in Sydney. I tell you what it's easy to go online and write bad reviews but you never hear about the good ones. Well I lead a very busy lifestyle but thought it was definitely worth giving the well deserved feedback. Job well done boys on and Aimee - lovely secretary
Stay away from this place and the reviews posted on the payless websites are fake.
Several weeks had passed after fitting four new tyres on my Monaro I noticed that the back rear tyre was losing pressure. Took the car back so they could check it out and only to discover that Id apparently cracked the rim. Anyway, I decided to have the rim repaired. The rim was repaired and painted and looks quite smart, the only problem the colour was mismatched and my only option is to have the other three rims painted. Original quote prior to having the rim repaired was $50.00 which I thought was a little cheap but the young lady assured me that a professional job done, I was told that the car would be ready the following morning didnt happen. Cut a long story short, now I have a mismatching rim and the cost to paint the other three rims has gone up to $190.00.
