They did an inspection for a house we bought. They failed to pickup major issues, costing us tens of thousands to resolve. QBCC advised these issues should have been picked up by any decent building inspector.

Had an inspection done by PBC. Issue not found by their inspector. Notified them. Got the run around. Lots of phone calls and emails. Going to be very costly to fix. Avoid this company at all costs.
Wish I had seen these reviews before I contacted them.

Inspection completed by PBC and apparently no sign of termites however within 3months there was active termites inside our home. $1500.00 was offered as a starting figure for compensation to us. Now, 2 months after this offer and several unanswered contacts directly to the management we have still not been paid the money offered. in our opinion the inspection is not worth the paper it's written on..

Where do I start? Infra red survey failed to pick up 2 areas of termites (one very active) -apparently due to the seller's furniture in the way. Didn't mention the ground being higher than the damp course, oh, or the three fig trees within 500 mm of the side of the house, despite mentioning that the report would cover all trees in a 50 m zone within the property boundary. (Furniture shouldn't have covered these!) I actually wonder whether the inspector checked the whole house as the problems all seem to be in the one area and are not mentioned.



I had to chase responses and constantly fobbed off.



For the service they profess to offer, they are stretching the imagination and in my opinion not providing the service they suggest you get.



The never seems to be around.



Would strongly recommend not to use otherwise. Be warned

Shocking! Stay away future customers. They will deliver you a incompetent report and take your money. We had many problems with a place we bought 2 days after the inspector had been, glaring obvious problems that the previous owners pointed out to the Inspector and he failed to record it on the report.
