Bought a hard drive that failed within days of installation. Despite having plenty in stock, they refused a replacement and insisted on sending it back to the manufacturer, which took weeks to sort out.
In-store customer service is slow, with various staff having a "not my job" attitude.
Run, don't walk, away from pcshopper. I am never going back.
Was sold a faulty mouse. Rather than a simple exchange or refund, this inexpensive item was sent...presumably somewhere far, far away...for repair. Weeks later and I am still waiting to have this item fixed. Customer service is terrible - phones are not answered, messages are not responded to. Sometimes the shop itself wasn't even staffed. I will never shop here again.
If you are looking to use PC Shopper to buy your computer parts, then turn away NOW!! Their website can't tell you if what you want is in stock. If you email their sales team, they will take at least a couple of days to reply.
I canceled my order 2 weeks ago, and asked for a refund. I have not heard anything about that refund yet. I have been calling, and emailing them every single day.
They have extremely horrible customer service, and if your going to use them, you better have lots of patience. Also you would need a fairly decent knowledge of computer, as they won't help you out.
