I ordered an item listed as 'in stock', waited a few days & heard nothing. Rang them, told it would be in tomorrow. Rang them a few days later, it was still 'coming'. Clearly not 'in stock' (BTW - even at this point their website was still showing they had stock of the item). Rang one more time before I told them to either send it to me there & then or refund me. They promised to refund.

Three months later (literally 3 months - I kid you not) I got a phone call asking me for my bank account details so they could refund it. That is appalling.

Told me that they would have my product instock in 3 days, after i saw it was already instock on their website. That 3 days turned into 1 week then when i called again i was told another week, then another, then another and so forth... All the while i was told that if i wished i could get a full refund if i didn't want to wait.
