We were referred to this company through a customer's of theirs. We have been having small issues - with our previous support people - constantly wanting to remotely support us. We required people on site - to look after technical things we had no idea about. The team at PCQuest - responded and arranged to have personnel on site on a regular basis. They keep us informed and updated on all that they do. We feel they are part of our company and thank them for being so conscientious about everything they do.
A joy to work with these guys. We had a large issue with virus and spam on all of our computers and - were not able to conduct our day to day business without issues. We contact PCQuest and they were out on our premises - the same day. They inspected the network and the technician - instantly made changes to the computers and the server - which provided us with instant relief to our business. It has been a month - since the giys were out on site and I must say that they were the quickest to respond to our calls. Thanks
