PDA Caravan Repairs

I don't usually give bad reviews but our experience with PDA was not a good one.Two trips of many kilometres to have Van repaired with it not being done properly the first time,when went to pick it up the second time after letting them know we were coming it still was not ready after they assured us it was. The boss is a nice person but obviously does not check on his staffs work.One would think things would be ticked off as done. Will definitely let Insurance know.

Complete waste of time. Was promised an easy fix with 2-3 weeks after calling to see them on site. Sent photos of the damage for a quote. Followed up four times for the quote with promises that the quote would be imminent. Realised that my job wasn't big enough for them so requested parts only so I could do the job myself. I was told that this shouldn't be a problem and that Peter would get back to me that day. Another week later, still nothing. I have wasted four weeks on this mob and still don't have a quote. I could have had my van repaired and sold by now using a company that knows something about customer service.
Recommendation: Don't waste time trying to get a quote. If you don't hear from them in the first day, go somewhere else.

PDA recently completed some Insurance repairs to our van. The job was professionally completed and the staff/management were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely use them again, for service or repairs. (BTW I do't give 5 stars as I don't believe anyone is perfect, but PDA comes awfully close IMHO)

Had a service and repairs done here. Not happy. Asked for full service and when picked up had given just brakes service and when used van for first time after, the fridge panel was loose and the temp dial fell off in our hands.



Wouldn't go back for service or repairs.
