Terrible customer service. Waited at the petrol pump for a minute before going inside to ask what's wrong. Had to wait in line, only one staff on. When I asked staff if something was wrong with the pump staff raised voice at me and said was busy, there were too many customers and staff was the only one working (not my problem).
Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers in what's meant to be a first world country - Australia. Will never be going to a Peak or Gull service station again.
yes i understand i pulled up for petrol yesterday to have a lady blast over the loud speaker because my car was the wrong way , but my tank and hose to me was right , but NOOO , ONE WAY OR NO WAY in there books !!, if i moved my car in the other way my tank would be in the wrong way and i would be reaching for the hose over the top off my car and over the other side , U KIDDING ME !!!!! , to hard so i drove off thinking this place is run like a boot camp !!!!! i rang today at head office only to get the owner of the place ringing me !!! , due to him loosing money in run offs he wants it that way so people every one whom drives inn there R TREATED LIKE A CRIM !!! FACT !!!, the phone call left me thinking this place puts there upsets onto the buyer ! bad news , and he got smart in the mouth , well this place is a place not to buy petrol would not give them a cent of my money and very happy i drove to another place to buy my fuel .
