You will receive one-on-one personal coaching. Peake Physique works with you to help you achieve your goals and reach your peak performance. The program will change as your needs change.

Helen was a referral from one of my work colleagues about 8 years ago and I haven't looked back since! We originally started training once a week and over time increased to twice a week. Once you explain your goals to her, she designs a program that will suit your needs and that you will enjoy. Of course over 8 years my goals have changed many times, and Helen has always been accommodating, whether it's increasing general fitness, starting a running program, training for skiing or even training with my children. She's also a great sounding board for all things non-fitness related and I look forward to her wise counsel every week!
I have been a client of Helen's for 13 years, originally seeing her with a severely torn rotator cuff injury. I had tried physiotherapy and it wasn't working fast enough for me, a completely addicted swimmer and runner, so I contacted Helen and in six short weeks she had me strong, swimming and on a path to a different level of fitness I had experienced. She worked on shaping and balancing my body and my muscle tone improved immensely. Helen also takes a real interest in her clients overall wellbeing and has been a true personal trainer to me, at times advising me and sharing her thoughts and insights about things I have discussed with her and has always been helpful and spot on. Helen has a wonderful sense of humour, attention to detail which has helped how I train in so many good ways, and is both professional and personal on every level. I have been training with Helen for 9 years. She helped me lose my 2nd baby weight and has kept me strong and fit ever since. She devised a programme that suited me and took into account childhood injuries. My husband and I train with her together once a week too as well as individual sessions.
