was told they’d fix my nails for free if anything happened in a week, so I went back within the week and they told me it’d be free, not only made me bleed twice (whilst fixing one nail) but I also ended up with a friction burn from the file. Once we were finished the technician argued with me saying that I did indeed have to pay.
