I found this busy little shop in Willoughby when we started renovating our house.We have been back a few times now and found that the service is always very professional. The staff is helpful and ordering products is easy and quick. Definitely worth a visit!

I have a really mixed review for this business. The bloke serving was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in his assistance in my making decisions. However ambiguous about delivery dates, being told 2-3 days before ordering to after purchase being told the order wouldn't be placed till Monday, when I ordered on the Thursday. This is difficult when working to timelines. The lady who works here excels in only one thing and that is rudeness. I spoke twice on the phone to her and once in-store and she made me feel uncomfortable for ringing and asking about my order, gave vague details about when it should be in and to not call again as they would phone me. I pushed for more details and got more finite details from the bloke. I was told they should be at the store the following day and as I still hadn't received a call late afternoon, I chose to go and check myself.
