Pearl Nails Campbelltown

I wanted ombré nails which required them to take my previous nails off, the lady literally separated my nail from the fake ones with another nail tip which Was extremely painful if you’ve ever tried to remove your nails with floss or something? Imagine that but with a piece of plastic being shoved into your sensitive nails. She also picked at it with a tool and she actually dug into my REAL nail which started bleeding. I told her it was hurting and she continued doing what she did and pretended she didn’t see the blood
Service was really bad and the lady who handles the money is rude.
Won’t be coming back here at all, my nails feel really raw atm.

WORST WAXING JOB!! UNPROFESSIONAL! Left me on the table with wax on and left the door wide open to serve another customer leaving me exposed to the public. Then charged me more than it said on the pricelist. Argued and rude when I pointed out. Did not even remove all hair from the area they charged for. Never going back.

waste of money. Gel manicure chipped a day into wear because they didn't leave it to cure for long enough. Didn't get enough top coat to cover the whole nail resulting in the end few cm of my nails being dull. Had started to peal 6 days into wear. I took it off at home myself and will never be going back.
