Total rip-off. Unprofessional staff.
Footbath not washed or cleaned before using for next client. Shellac used without asking even though it was not requested - resulting in the bill being more than quoted. Fingernails needed to be redone as old nail polish used and it just bubbled off. Don't waste your time as you will have an unpleasant experience

Be warned, both my sister and I had our nails done recently, the experience is one not to be forgotten, the manager (owner) extremely rude, actually laughed in my face and asked if i was drunk because I couldn't find the basin?? They have no people skills and cannot understand why they are still standing! Such a shame in a lovely location as Mooloolaba. There are many other salons around so try to avoid this one as they have no idea in customer service and care.

I would advise customers to avoid this salon. The manager is obnoxious to her staff and customers. She refused to even give a discount after I was cut by one of her trainees , who was working unsupervised. The implement used was not cleaned afterwards.
