Pearl Nails

This salon is close to my workplace. Went for shellac Thursday in lunch break, uv light didn't work so nails dried all bumpy and uneven. Couldn't stay back for them to fix it due to time restraints. 'Megan' told me to come back within 1 week if it chipped. The first chip was 4 days later, second chip 5 days later. Went back following Thursday and they removed all the polish and did a fresh shellac. I was then told to pay. Megan told me 7 days was Wednesday. I don't come in to the city ever on a Wednesday. She argued I was in the first time on a Wednesday. Would not listen to reasoning. Then told me she offered to fix the first botched job because she is nice and cared for me. How can you provide a botched service and NOT offer a discount, and then not listen to reason and check to see that I did infact go in on a Thursday and not a Wednesday? Unprofessional. I will never attend this salon ever again.

DISGUSTING!

I went here today with my friends. The management blatantly admitted that they do not steralize the equipment after each use. They said that they are too busy. When asked if they were going to change their practice, they said no. They did not care that tools used for manicures and pedicures were spread amongst customers.

We will NEVER go back here or recommend it to ANYONE!
