Pearl Nails

Having read the other reviews I am sorry to say that I had a similar experience of having to wait more than 40 minutes before someone appeared to do my pedicure. I don’t mind waiting but you need to be up front when people walk through the door and say “yes we can do you but not for half an hour” A senior staff member could be responsible for the timing.
Whilst the instruments appear to be sterilised the footbath next to me was Only cleaned with water and a brush, no disinfectant.
My pet peeve is the staff having a chat with one another in their own language whilst they are doing your feet. Doesn’t make you feel as though they are attentive.
The final job was okay, no better or worse. Nothing really to make you want to go back.

Do not waste your time or money here. Before being seated I said I was happy to go and come back as there were 2 other people in front of me, I was told to just take a seat in the pedi chair. Was left waiting 35min soaking in the chair! One lady walked out saying she waited close to 45min ! When I was finally attended to I was given attitude when I said I no longer have time to do feet and hands so I’ll do a buff only on the feet. To top it off my polish was rushed so much it was messy. Never coming back!

The worst Nail Salon by far filthy equipment with rude and inexperienced staff who don't seem to understand what you are asking for so they do what they want. Do not waste your money keeping these people employed in our country

It was my first ever nail experience. And I loved it! I have killer nails and although the price is a bit 'nail biting'its totally worth it. Would do again
