This is the worst nail salon and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional. After getting a very rushed sns manicure for Christmas the sns cracked on every nail and lifted in several spots after 1 day. I went back after 3 days as I was gone on holiday for Christmas and was treated horrendously. In front of the whole salon he embarrassed me by saying it was my fault and that they don't guarantee any length of time for manicure. I asked him if he was proud of his work only lasting 1 day and if that's an acceptable service they are offering. He never apologised or took any blame for his faulty work. I said I would pay to have them fixed and could wait until he was available before he told me to leave and that he wouldn't fix them for me. If you are looking to get your nails done please save your time and money and go to the place a bit further down on smith street
Go to this salon if you want to have really unprofessional service. I went to have my shellac removed, my fingers were placed in bowls of acetone, then the polish pushed off my fingers, no tin foil, no professionalism. My hands are still dry and cuticles are stinging some hours later.
