Their webpage says "We fix all your problems"! After chasing them up several times, the owner (the father) came out to look at the job. He said it was too fiddly for him, so he sent his son to have a look, at the job, stating his son likes these sorts of jobs. AFter chasing him up, the son came a couple of days later and said he had no problems doing the job. I had to chase him up again to make a time for him to do the job, but after waiting over 2 weeks from the first contact, both father and son turned up today to do the work. The father then decides he doesn't want to do it because things might go wrong and they both left, leaving us in the lurch, 2 weeks down the track and back at square one. I would not recommend them.
Rang on Wed afternoon and they were able to come the next day. They are flexible with what time they come, what suits you as well. They were able to fix the job straight away. Can't tell you if they were cheap or expensive as I have never needed a plumber before and didn't get a second opinion - but they were local, prompt and quick and that was enough for me.
