had a bush issue which was rectified. two front tyres replaced with $195 pirellis from jax (where they source rhem) they invoiced me different tyres and charged $300. thats over 50% markup. i rang once to complain and was told that they paid 225. not true. then offered me a free wheel allignment in 6 months time. i rang again when i was sure they ripped me off and then they reduced the price to 240 each. i accepted but im still fkn dirty about it all. will never go back. rip off merchants.

They overcharged me, kept my car for five days to do a one day job and in the end when i got the car back it sounded far worse than when I had originally taken it in. I am not kidding you- they incorrectly installed the front struts such that they rattled from the moment I took delivery of my car.



But that is not the worst of it- they damaged my car by putting a screwdriver through my inner cv joint boot when there had been nothing wrong with it. I took the car to three- repeat "3" other mechanics who assured me that the hole had not occurred . Please, if you have a car that is squeaking, rattling, needs a service, or any attention at all this is not the place to take it to.

Pedders suspension on Ipswich road has limited parking but the service was good. They isolated the issue in my steering which I ended up doing the replacement of the parts. Staff are knowledgable on finding issues.
