Peel Honda & Peel Subaru

Purchase a used Honda civic in October 2017 through NIGEL was a very bad experience because of trust. He won't tell you what's missing from the car (luggage cover) or the windscreen was cracked also crack park lights filled with water but windscreen being fixed after 3 to 4 weeks of chasing him. A person that promise you heaven and earth but did nothing, He asked me a question why do Asians like to do cash? well NIGEL none of your business!!! He won't return your txt or call once the car being sold. Spoke to dealer principal Peter a month ago about my concern and he told me that he will look into personally, till now no reply from him. Jesse B wrote a review about NIGEL is 100% spot on. My advice to my friends, family and the 400 members from my Port Bouvard Club that there is other Dealers out there which is more Professional.

I've been a customer for 12 years. They used to be superb, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was polite efficient and good at what they did but things change and its harder work dealing with them now. The managers never seem to be about any more. One simple example; (of many) they used to drop off and pick up to Falcon/Dawesville, but these days too far for them. Make your own way or wait for hours. Not as helpful, the individual attention and quality isnt there any more. I met one of their mechanics when I was there last time, sulky and rude. Could not be bothered to say hello. These are the people workin gon our cars. Worries me but dont know who else to trust after all this time

My husbands old Honda Civic headlights stopped working. I took the car to Peel Honda and they looked at the car as soon as I drove in. They diagnosed the issue, rectified it and sent me on my way all in less than an hour. The service and parts guys were lovely and I really appreciated their help.
